Very Good overall experience.. Professional approach towards Customers. Attendant Prasad Joshi is excellent in his work. Mr. Yash is also very approachable and helpful.. So is Riyaz bhai.. Very good and professional service. Have been taking their services since 10-15 yrs now for my parents and now for my kid also. Though getting good and dedicated care taker is very much difficult these days and risky too.. with sahara I always felt secure and sure .. they have many trained professionals in their team well mannered well educated and if not suitable or comfortable there is always other option available.. Staff and the owner of firm is very cooperative and understanding.. from medical background so training staff and care professional accordingly.. Also technical staff is very much cooperative and have good patience.. never disappointed.. About Sahara nurses bureau, I came to know through Google searches. After availing 15 days of services I can say they are very genuine and good service provider. From the 1st day itself their coordination was very helpful and kind. And last not the least I would like to mention the care taker name Miss. Asha for her continuous services, support and her smiling face throughout her service. My mom was very comfortable with her .
I am based in singapore and my mom got her knee operated in January, due to COVID restrictions I couldn’t fly to pune. One of my relative suggested Sahara services. We contacted them for day and night care taker, within 8 hrs they managed to provide both the care takers. They have excellent customer service. Really understands your needs. All the staff are very polite to talk and always response whenever you call. My mom is also very happy with their services. I will give them 10/10 and definitely recommend their services to everyone.
